Payment and Security:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Items are charged to your credit card the day they are shipped. You may telephone or send a check by mail if you prefer not to pay online. All credit card transactions are handled by a secured server maintained by VeriSign.
Prices & Sales Tax:
Online prices are in US currency. We make very attempt to have consistent prices throughout our website and our store. Occasionally, we may offer special prices exclusive to our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Residents of California pay 8.25% sales tax on all items. Orders shipped to addresses outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
Shipping Policy
We make every attempt to ship your order promptly within 24 hours of placing your order. When items are temporarily out-of-stock- you be alerted by e-mail to any shipping delay. Items shipped within the United States and International destinations may be shipped by UPS Ground, Unites States Postal Service, Federal Express and/or DHL. Please note that expedited and overnight shipping will incur additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit, excluding shipping charges. When exchanging purchases, customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return. To insure credit, your original receipt must accompany your return. Your merchandise credit is redeemable at any time. No returns or exchanges are permitted after 60 days from date of purchase. No returns are premitted on special orders, yarns from kits, patterns, buttons, notions, trimmings equipment and sale items. All returns must be in resalable condition. If any item or items are damaged in shipping we will happily replace them. We will also reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning the defective item or items. We will ship replacement items at no cost. PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER."
Please send your returns in a securely wrapped package, insured, to: Elegance Designer Yarns, 975 East Green Street, Suite 102, Pasadena, CA 91106. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
