Official Rules

1. How to Enter: To become eligible you must enter your email address in our internet-based Email Newsletter form.
Your membership to our Email Newsletter will serve as your official entry form for Elegance Designer Yarns’ “Win a $25
Gift Certificate.” You can only submit your email once. All existing subscribers to our Email Newsletter are already eligible. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited by law. No entries will be accepted via postal mail or by phone. All
subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribed members will no longer be eligible to win.

2, Random Drawing: Beginning June 1, 2007, one winner will be chosen every month. Winners will be selected at random from current Email Newsletter subscribers as of each drawing date. Winners will be notified by email.

3. Redeeming Gift Certificate: Your gift certificate can be redeemed either online or in our Pasadena Store at any time and on any item. The amount of your gift certificate will be applied to your order when it is charged out. Should your purchase amount exceed the amount of the certificate, the balance will be charged to another form of payment.

4. General Rules: Employees of Elkegance Designer Yarns and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No transfer fo the gift certificate by the winner is permitted. Each time a winner is selected, Elegance Designer Yarns will notify the winner by email. Elegance Designer Yarns shall use the email address that was provided via the Newsletter subscriber form and shall not be responsible for any changes of such addresses and has no duty to confirm and accuracy of such information before sending its email notification to the winner. Invalid email addresses or undeliverable email addresses will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be chosen. Two attempts will be made by email to contact winners. If contact is not made after two attempts, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating in Elegance Designer Yarns’ “Win a $25 Gift Certificate” participants agree to indemnify and release Elegance Designer Yarns, its owners and/or employees form any and all liability for any claims, charges, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever caused by, resulting from or arising out of a participant's entry, any prize or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
